With the recent deluge of wet weather we've had many sites across the UK and Ireland are struggling to cope with an abundance of mud and standing water, making access and productivity particularity difficult.
The Prinoth range of tracked carriers pride themselves on their ultra low ground pressure, allowing these machines to travel and work in terrains where others can't.
For example the Panther T8, measuring well over 5 meters in length and 2.5 in width, with a maximum payload of 7.2 tonnes has a mighty impressive ground pressure of just 156 g/cm3 (2.22 psi).
It is a similar story with the T6 and T12.
The below images show the kind of difficult conditions a Prinoth Panther is still able to perform in.
The Panther carriers also have a unique undercarriage design, allowing it to keep constant contact with the ground as it adapts to whats underneath.
The following short video will further outline the benefits of a Prinoth, keep an eye out for the comparison with a 6 wheeled dump truck travelling through the mud!

PRINOTH has a tracked vehicle for all aspects of the construction job. Through difficult terrain and the harshest weather conditions, PRINOTH allows access to construction sites year round and offers the most efficient and economical vehicle in the construction market.
Because of their low ground pressure (maximum 0.31 kg/cm2 - 4.4 lb/psi), even at maximum payload, these carrier crawlers can facilitate earth moving, articulated crane delivery, and equipment and materials transport in areas inaccessible by truck.
With maximum payloads ranging from 5,450 kg (12,000 lb) to 20,865 kg (46,000 lb) the PRINOTH crawler carriers can be equipped with a variety of implements, suited to all manner of fields including; mining, forestry and telecommunications work. Below are just some of the available additions, making this already impressive tracked carrier the machine for many jobs.
